Facts: Jacket Potatoes are healthy and nutritious, and are generally loved by all. Who can resist a hot fluffy potato topped with a delicious filling?
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place.
Preparation & Cooking: Wash clean before use. Rub a drop of oil into each potato then sprinkle lightly with salt for an extra crispy skin, then put in the oven for at least an hour. For speed, you can also microwave them, but make sure that you have pricked their skins with a fork first. Each potato will take about 6 mins on full power (800w) - turn halfway through cooking.
