Facts:There are literally thousands of different varieties of potatoes grown around the world. In the UK around 80 varieties are grown commercially. King Edwards are a 'floury' maincrop potato. Floury potatoes are brighter and more granular in appearance with a drier feel. A good all rounder but particularly good if you want fluffy potatoes or a big bowl of delicious mash.

Preparation & Cooking: Peel before use. This potato is great for mashing, roasting or chipping.
