Facts:Originating from Japan, satsumas are seedless, easy peeling and very sweet, and are generally smaller than an orange. Its loose skin makes it particulary easy to peel, so they are great for children to eat.
Storage: Keep in a cool place.
Preparation and cooking: Peel the skin, then eat straight from the hand or use in fruit salads or as a topping on desserts etc. Also great for juicing!
