Facts: One of the most ancient herbs, coriander is used in a variety of cuisines across the globe due to its fresh, lemony, grassy taste and aroma. It is even mentioned in The Tales of the Arabian Nights as an aphrodisiac!
Storage: Place the stems in a glass of water and cover the top completely with a plastic bag, and place in the fridge. Snip leaves off as required, and replace the water after every 2-3 days.
Preparation and cooking: Rinse before use. Use in marinades, stews, chili's, stir-frys, curries etc...
