It contains more vitamin C than oranges, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach and more folate than bananas, and a 2010 study has shown that watercress may have the ability to suppress breast cancer cell development. Preparation and cooking: Wash before use. Watercress can be used in many things, from simple salads to soups to being used with pasta, fish, sauces or stir-frys. It can also be added to mashed potato or used in pesto. It is also great with marmite sandwiches! It can also be juiced.
