Facts:Curly Endive lettuce is also known as Frisee, possibly due to its frizzy appearance! In the USA it is called chicory, so don't get confused!
Storage: Keep in the salad drawer of your fridge. Curly Endive is very fragile and will only keep for a few days. To increase the time you can keep it, wash it, spin or shake it dry and then wrap it in a damp cloth.
Preparation and cooking: Wash before use then spin or shake dry. Curly Endive is generally eaten raw in salads, but can be steamed, for about 8 minutes.
